Our core model Roller Lathe is specially customized for heavy-duty rough turning of large steel rollers, cast iron rollers and aluminum rollers. It adopts heavy-duty CNC spindle and reinforced bed structure, with stable cutting force and strong vibration resistance. Compared with ordinary general lathes, this series can process roller workpieces with diameter up to 1200mm and length up to 6000mm, greatly improving rough machining efficiency for metallurgical enterprises.
After rough turning by roller lathe, the surface allowance of roller blank can be controlled uniformly, laying a good foundation for subsequent milling and fine grinding procedures. We support customized travel size, automatic feeding system and CNC numerical control system for all Roller Lathe models to match different workshop layout and processing volume demands.
2. Groove & Surface Milling: Roll Milling Machine
After rough turning, roller surface grooves, keyways and special curved surfaces need to be processed by professional Roll Milling Machine. Our roll milling machine series is equipped with multi-axis linkage control system, which can complete complex profile milling in one clamping. It is widely matched with roller lathe in the front process and roll grinder in the post process to form a complete roller processing production line.
For clients who need integrated turning and milling compound processing, we can combine Roller Lathe and Roll Milling Machine into compound equipment to reduce workpiece repeated clamping error and shorten processing cycle.
3. Precision Finishing Grinding: Roll Grinder & Roll Ring Grinder
High-gloss, low-roughness roller surface finish relies on high-precision grinding equipment. Our Roll Grinder is the core fine processing machine for finished roller polishing, with imported linear guide rail and constant pressure grinding control system, effectively reducing roller surface Ra value.
For split roller ring independent processing demand, we launch exclusive Roll Ring Grinder, which optimizes the fixture structure for roller ring clamping, solving the problem of unstable clamping and grinding deviation of ordinary roll grinders when machining small roller rings. Roll grinder and roll ring grinder can be connected with the front roll milling machine to realize automatic assembly line processing without manual transfer of workpieces.

For roller end thread and accessory thread processing, our Thread Milling Machine can complete high-precision thread forming with one-time feeding.
