● The whole machine adopts advanced, stable and reliable integral cast bed structure, with standardized mature manufacturing technology, neat and compact appearance layout, and full set of interlocking safety protection devices. The front and rear main shaft supporting parts adopt high-precision double-row roller bearings, which provide strong bearing rigidity, ultra-high rotation concentricity accuracy, and convenient clearance adjustment and regular maintenance.

● Standard equipped with SIEMENS 828D industrial dedicated CNC system, the main spindle drive adopts high-power AC servo motor, Z-axis longitudinal feed and X-axis transverse feed all adopt precision ball screw transmission, tool holder longitudinal and transverse movement are independently driven by AC servo motors, realizing constant linear speed cutting, automatic size detection and error compensation functions for all roller processing procedures.

● Maximum load bearing capacity reaches 80 tons, matched with full hydraulic self-centering tailstock, which can firmly clamp ultra-heavy oversized rollers without slipping or displacement during high-speed turning; built-in large-flow automatic chip removal device, closed protective shell effectively blocks cutting fluid splashing and metal debris scattering, greatly reducing equipment abrasion and workshop environmental pollution.
