As a high-precision Roll Milling Machine, it perfectly handles rib groove machining for high-speed steel rolls, carbide roll rings and tungsten carbide composite rollers, outperforming ordinary Roller Milling Machine and traditional Roll Mill Machine. The equipment supports automatic crescent groove cutting for rolls with different rotation directions and arbitrary helix angles, realizing equal or unequal circumferential division. It can engrave specifications, grades and trademarks on any roller position. Equipped with SIEMENS 808D four-axis CNC system and exclusive control software, this Roll Milling Machine features dynamic simulation function, fully digital servo drive and world-renowned main bearings, delivering stable long-running performance under harsh workshop conditions.
It supports precision rib groove processing for high-speed steel rolls, carbide roll rings, tungsten carbide composite rolls and ordinary steel rollers.
