In response to the upgrading trend of global intelligent manufacturing and green industrial production, Yichuang Machinery’s R&D team has recently completed a comprehensive technical iteration and performance optimization for the full series of CNC carbide roll ring grinding machines. Focusing on industrial long-term continuous processing scenarios, the project aims to improve equipment stability, enhance machining accuracy and reduce overall energy consumption, realizing comprehensive performance upgrading of core equipment.
In this technical upgrade, the R&D team carried out targeted optimization for the core structures of the equipment, including spindle drive system, intelligent frequency conversion control module, hydraulic circulation system and overall vibration damping structure. By optimizing the power operation logic, improving the structural matching accuracy and upgrading the intelligent energy-saving program, the equipment effectively reduces invalid power consumption and mechanical friction loss during long-term operation.
After thousands of hours of industrial simulation tests and continuous running verification, the upgraded equipment has achieved significant improvements in multiple dimensions. The overall energy consumption of continuous operation is effectively reduced, the machine vibration during high-speed grinding is further suppressed, the consistency of grinding precision is greatly improved, and the wear rate of key components is significantly reduced, which effectively extends the overall service life and reduces later maintenance costs.
This technological upgrade further improves the core competitiveness of Yichuang’s roll processing equipment, making the products more adaptable to high-standard, high-efficiency and low-consumption industrial production needs. In the future, Yichuang will continue to focus on technological innovation and R&D investment, continuously polish product performance, and provide more reliable and efficient CNC processing equipment solutions for the global rolling and metallurgical industry.
