PVL-1160 Vertical Machining Center is an all-in-one multifunctional CNC machine tool with high efficiency, high rigidity and stable precision. It integrates milling, boring, drilling, tapping and 3D complex surface processing, perfectly solving the processing needs of various complex metal workpieces.
This CNC vertical Machining Center is widely applicable to high-precision and mass-production manufacturing fields including aerospace, automobile manufacturing, instrument processing, textile machinery, electronic and electrical industry, mold processing, military industry and craft parts production. It is specially suitable for batch processing of workpieces with complex shapes, high dimensional accuracy requirements and multi-process composite processing.
PVL-1160 Vertical machining center
Performance characteristics:
● The PVL-1160 vertical machining center adopts high-rigidity, high-dynamic and high thermal stability overall structural design. Optimized by ANSYS finite element iterative analysis, the machine tool achieves organic integration of super structural rigidity and long-term stable machining accuracy.
● The machine bed adopts optimized cross-section structure and M-shaped rib plate reinforcement layout; the column adopts high-waist large-span herringbone structure and X-shaped rib plate design. All moving parts adopt high rigidity-to-weight ratio structural optimization to ensure stable operation under high-load cutting conditions.
● The feed axis is equipped with low inertia transmission system with inertia ratio ≤2, realizing excellent dynamic response and machining stability, effectively improving workpiece surface finish and consistent machining quality.
● Adopts cross DB layout roller linear guides, featuring ultra-high rigidity in four directions, strong load-bearing capacity and excellent shock resistance, adapting to rough and fine integrated machining.
● Equipped with high DN value precision ground ball screw and double-nut preload structure, realizing zero backlash transmission, high rigidity feeding and long-term repeated positioning accuracy.
● Matches high-performance integrated spindle unit, realizing high-torque heavy cutting, high-speed finish machining and low-vibration stable operation, covering diversified processing scenarios.
● Integrated automatic tool change system and all-in-one processing design greatly shorten auxiliary time, effectively improve overall production efficiency and reduce workshop equipment investment cost.
